Refund Policy


EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We value your customership and we try to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
 
Our policy lasts for 14 days after your goods has been received by you. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges 

We replace items if they are defective,faulty or damaged.
If you need to exchange for the same item, please send us a quick email at info@ravenclan.com.au and follow the steps:
>Ensure the item is unworn, unused and not washed and in same condition that you received it.
>Please send your item to: PO Box 333 Kippa Ring Queensland AU 4021 using a trackable mail bag.
>Please include receipt and/or proof of purchase and original packaging.
>To ensure we can complete the return please supply a trackable mail bag so we we send the exchanged item back to you.
We are a boutique store and unfortunately cannot absorb the shipping cost back to you. 



Return

Not happy with your product and wish to return it, please follow these steps:

>Ensure the item is unworn, unused and not washed and in same condition that you received it.

>Please send your item to: PO Box 333 Kippa Ring Queensland AU 4021 using a trackable mail bag.

>Please include receipt and/or proof of purchase and original packaging.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once the item has been inspected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a fortnight from process date. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) : 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
